A number of missing walls are in the Fae structure under the statue near the NTTC. Out of bounds areas can be seen. I'll add other comments for out of bounds views or access as I find them.

Hope echo near the Well is partially buried, making it hard to see. (Hope echoes generally don't become visible right away even when standing next to them.)

Trigger mechanisms inside Intellect POIs serve no purpose as whatever they might trigger is beneath the ground and inaccessible.
