Taliesin quest rewards obsolete

Taliesin quest rewards are (still) obsolete. He only appears after Sylvan's Cradle is finished, which is a T2 realm, so his rewards should be on the same level of the end of Sylvan's Cradle to match progression. Otherwise it's a "check the box" quest.
