Catching the "Fleeting Wisp" and looting it does not make it go away even after relogging.

It targets NPCs, including if a wall or the ground itself is in the way, you can shoot it at the entrance of the abeyance campament and all the bullets go direct to the ground cause they are catching the NPC below
