can confirm Even after a full Steam restart, climbing with the picks consumed no stamina. Gliding with the parasol and grappling with the climbing picks did still consume stamina.
Not sure how i feel about this if it is intended. Seems kinda OP but that could be do to having the stamina restriction since inception.
