BIG FPS drop inside Nightingale City during a quest

During the mission in the second tower, I have some images attached, the last rounds of that mission were unplayable, I don't know why but at some point an enemy died and everything went back to normal, I tried to lower the graphics to minimum but still 1-5fps during that mission, i was able to continue casue npc were still attacking btw each fps i got xd
