Voiced NPC Dialog Unbalanced

Not sure if the title is the right words, but listening to the voice of Nicholas Throckmorton, the volume, for me, was all over the place and I felt that I had to re-adjust to match.

Will check more, but figured this would start the thread. I am using a decent pair of speakers connected to my MSI Monitor that is getting it from DisplayPort off my 3060. I have not had these kinds of issues on other applications like Chrome for YouTube or other games. It is very pronounced how much it wavers, and would have annoyed me enough to fix my setup, if that was the case, I assure you.

Around the 1:35 it gets REALLY pronounced. Also, game and my device volume were maxed.
