New tile set part costs

The cost of the new build parts being around 10x the cost of the cost of previous parts is to extreme even with the automation.
Additionally it makes using one tileset extremely cost prohibitive to use compared to others and which makes the use of said parts less appealing to players.

My conclusion woul be a cost increase of ~4x for all sets.
This will keep costs in line across all tile sets given the early availability of automation.
