Life Drain's tether visual effect affects residents in estates, persists after Life Drain Expires

If Life Drain is used and a survivor of an estate is within range, the enchantment's visual tether effect will attach itself to that survivor. This effect will persist as long as the player and survivor are within Life Drain's range, regardless of Life Drain's expiration, or moving out of range and back into range. Relogging resolved the issue.
