Controller Support lessened

Hopefully this is just in the PTR, but I am a partial controller player, and in this PTR when I open a chest to store or remove items the control stick and D-pad no longer work to scroll and choose items. Nor do the buttons except the B to exit the storage chest screen.

They still work if I open my inventory to see what I have and change equipment.
