PTR can't launch

Hey team,

So this round of PTR has caused some confusion, as the game wont launch.
Basically, Steam tells me the executable file isn't found.

So far, the things I've tried are as follows:
Verify files
Swapping back and forth between live and test version (Live version launches as intended, PTR does not)
Launching with the downloaded save
Launching without the downloaded save (Fresh install)
Wiping the game from SSD (F:) and moving to M.2 (D:)
Relaunching Steam
Restarting PC
Check for driver updates
Looking for possibly renamed executable file

User suggestion:
can you open your steam library\steamapps\common\Nightingale\NWX\Binaries\win64 and launch NWX.exe from there?

Nets same error

Unsure since it's only the PTR branch causing issues, if this warrants a report for the future as this is the first time I've run into this, but I figured to report since someone else has the same problem.

I also am unsure if this would be a Steam issue with the client itself, or Nightingale test.

Apologies if there's something else I should try.

I'm working on getting it to launch, will comment once I can find a solution <3
