Dialogues need updating

Dialogues with the following pre-city NPCs need to be updated (minor changes):

Shiv Pierson: conversation still reflects the old Vault mission rather than the new "initiation" mission.

Quatermaine says Agatha Harris is in the "South Tower," but the "Corrupt Tower" where she is lies to the north.
