Fishing Rating - Possibly Not Calculating Correctly

Another player and I have both done some playing with the new materials to see if buffing Fishing Rating would have much of an effect outside of the new Fabled Charm. In my test, I buffed what should have been 58.5 to 238.5 and went from 8 caught fish per cast in Nightingale City to 11 on average.

In their test, they went from 551 to 1449 Fishing Rating and maxed out at 16 fish per cast.

We have no way to confirm actual applied rating as the stat is not displayed in the information panel for the character like the more common ones, but this seems like it could be off or hitting a cap.

Is this working as intended?

    Did some testing. 2 sessions at 2 different Fishing ratings (total FR from equipped gear and rod). 20min sessions each at the city dock
    TLDR; the increase of more than doubling the fishing rating did basically nothing for returns. which is a bummer =/

    An official stat of Fishing rating in the player stats inventory menu would be appreciated.

    Fishing Rating - 591.5
    Melee- 1442.2
    crit- x5.88
    stamina- 257 (+50 from water spinach salad.)

    catch per cast:(w/ 78 casts)

    15= 36%

    16=24%

    17=40%

    total fish caught=1,251
    City Loach (T4)= 341

    Dreamscale Perch (t5)= 289

    Shadowfin Perch (t5)= 621

    T4 vs t5 = ~~ 1:3

    fish/cast = 16.0

    Fishing Rating- 1,449.5

    melee- 3696.7

    crit- x6.64

    stamina- 238 (+50 from water spinach salad.)

    Catch per cast (w/ 98 casts) ~the higher melee/crit really did aid in more fish caught.
    15= 33%
    16=32%

    17=36%
    total fish caught= 1,573

    City Loach (t4)= 407

    Dreamscale Perch (t5)= 460

    Shadowfin Perch (t5)= 706

    T4 vs t5 = ~~ 1:4

    fish/cast= 16.1
