Sylvan's Cradle SoP raining

After travelling to the Sylvan's Cradle Heart of the Realm, with umbrella equipped, rain was seen coming down (it was raining outside before entering). Unequipping the umbrella fixed the visual.

I could not repeat this bug by leaving and returning via the Zephyr, or by leaving and returning by foot, so it may have been a fluke.
