Suggestion: Add A Kudos/Praise Category

Just what it says on the tin.

Koriana said it in the PTR chat, but I think we ought to be able to point out things we think are especially great about this game and provide documentation if it's available (screenshots, etc.) so that the team gets a chance to see that we really do love playing.

We pick because we care and want to help sharpen it up, but you do all the real work and sometimes might not hear the praise you should.
