Voiced NPCs lack inflection

The following NPC voices have little inflection in their speech, and instead sound like they're just reciting words:

• Ada Lovelace

• Granville Tailer Woods

• Maria Sklodowska-Curie

-Nicholas Throckmorton is better with inflection, but still sounds somewhat mechanical.

Puck, as always, is great.

This might be a problem with other voiced NPCs throughout the pre-Nightingale game, but since the game is still EA it's not a big deal. That should be considered for re-do before release, though.
