Found Fabled Charms Do Not Trigger Recipe for Fabled Charm Cord

Per some quick discussion on the PTR chat and sharing screenshots, it appears that the non-purchased Fabled Charms will show up as craftable recipes but not trigger their dependent commponent recipes. These are the Axepick, Grenade, Throwing Knife, and Lantern, which show their needed parts but don't let you craft the input.
