[Keyboard and Mouse] The new "Toggle rotation snap" is hardbound to my forward key

I noticed you made the other keys configurable ! Thank you for that.
However don't forget to do the same for the new "rotation snap" feature as it is literally hardbound on my forward key on my AZERTY Layout.

(Would be equivalent to it being hardbound to "W" on QWERTY)
