Not sure quite what triggers it, and leaving and coming back to the realm in question seems to reset the interference (as does destroying a completed piece and adding it back, on further testing), but when blueprinting the new tileset, it sometime...

When lookind at the ground in that puzzle, not on all areas, only on the lower one i have the img attached, you see that bright area, covering most of the ground, that was only a part of it on the img, i think it was near Nicholas Throckmort NPC

Both regular climbing and grapple are not functioning for the client
